Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that your payment and shipping details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may cancel or limit orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing/description errors. If we cancel your order after payment, you will be refunded.
Shipping
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or local conditions. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy (and Shipping Policy, if applicable). These policies form part of these Terms. For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care items cannot be returned if opened/used, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
